Every USP&E employee starts at Novice and earns their way up by logging approved stamps. Each tier has a fixed checklist — meet every item on the list and the rank is yours. The ladder is Novice → Professional → Expert → Champion → G.O.A.T..

Field-tested. You've travelled to a project site and represented USP&E externally at least once.

- Earn 26+ approved stamps
- Visit 2+ project sites
- Attend 1+ trade show

Carrying real weight inside USP&E. Sites, iron, and wellness — all logged.

Hall of fame. Reserved for the people who've done the entire frontier — every milestone below is required, no shortcuts.

- Attend trade shows 10+ times
- Visit OEMs 10+ times
- Visit every USP&E office at least 5 times
- Attend 20+ company braais
- Attend 5+ annual holiday parties
- Hit 100% KPIs in 3 years
All seven milestones above are required. Total stamp count alone will not unlock G.O.A.T.
